Most cloud video platforms make you book a call to find out what a camera costs. Ours are below. Two ways to buy: we host it, or you license the platform and run it in your own Google Cloud. Annual prepay is two months free either way.
Your cameras, our Google Cloud. Nothing to rack, no disks to replace, no recorder to outlive. Every tier includes live view, timeline playback, clip export, multi-site and the coverage timeline — what separates them is how long footage is kept.
| Tier | Per camera / month | Retention | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $15 | 3 days continuous + 30 days of motion |
Live view, playback, clip export, multi-site, standard support |
| Professional | $22 | 30 days continuous | + PTZ control, two-way audio, priority support |
| Enterprise | $32 | 90 days continuous | + SLA, 24/7 support, proactive health monitoring |
| Custom | Talk to us | 180 days to 5 years | Compliance and long-retention requirements |
Tiers assume up to 1 Mbps per camera, which covers an ordinary 1080p surveillance stream. Higher bitrates cost real money in storage, so we price them openly rather than quietly absorb them — tell us what you run and we will be straight about it.
Run the whole platform in your own Google Cloud, under your own brand. You own the infrastructure and the customer relationship; we license the software and keep it current. See white-label for what rebranding covers.
| Cameras | Per camera / month | Perpetual, per camera |
|---|---|---|
| 1 – 249 | $4.00 | $75 |
| 250 – 999 | $3.50 | $68 |
| 1,000 – 2,499 | $3.00 | $58 |
| 2,500 – 9,999 | $2.25 | $46 |
| 10,000+ | $1.75 | $38 |
Perpetual licenses carry 20% annual maintenance from year two. Cloud costs are yours and go straight to Google — no markup passes through us, because we never touch that bill.
This is the part worth reading twice. Platform licenses in this market are commonly sold with a minimum order in the thousands of cameras, which prices out every integrator who is not already large. We do not have one. A hundred-camera business pays for a hundred cameras.
Analytics cost real compute, so each one is a per-camera switch rather than a blanket setting. Enable them on the cameras that earn their keep.
Plate reads into a searchable log with snapshots, each one click from the exact second of footage. Plates, not faces — what it will and will not read.
Acoustic gunshot alerts from camera audio. Or $99 per site with four or more audio-enabled cameras. The limits, stated up front.
No. Any ONVIF or RTSP camera works, including the ones already on your walls. There is no hardware you must buy from us — and with the Axis camera app, often no gateway either.
Recording continues at the edge and backfills when the link returns. The timeline shows exactly which seconds are recorded, uploading, unknown or missing, instead of painting the gap green.
Month to month, or annual for two months free. Fees are fixed for three years. If you leave, your footage is yours to export.
Nothing structural. Start hosted and move to your own cloud when you are ready, or the other way round. It is the same platform either side.
Not for hosted. White-label branding and standing the platform up inside your own cloud are quoted per project, because that work genuinely differs. You will have the number before you commit to anything.
None. Add as many users, sites and simultaneous viewers as you like. The camera is the only thing we count.
No discovery call is needed to learn a price — the prices are above. The call is about whether it actually fits: your cameras, your sites, your uplinks. Bring the hard questions, including how we compare and how it is secured.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Per-camera tiers assume streams up to 1 Mbps; higher bitrates are quoted separately, because storage cost scales directly with them. Platform License cloud infrastructure is billed to you by Google, not by us. Volume and partner terms are available under a partner agreement.
